1960s Yamaha FG300 Jumbo Flattop Guitar
Dating a Yamaha FG300? Hi, I've just acquired a Yamaha FG300 & I'd really appreciate some help working out how old it might be. The chap who sold it to me thought it was 1969ish, but he wasn't the original owner & my suspicion is that it's probably younger than that. Guitar with heavy play wear, and sadly, a little hole in the side where once a jack output was mounted. As with all FG 300's the Original pickguard is coming a little loose from the body.
